2. What we collect
When you browse this website
You don't need an account to use this website, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short period.
When you contact us
If you call or email us, we keep the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and the reason you got in touch, so that we can respond and arrange an appointment.
When you book an appointment online
We collect your name, mobile number, the service you choose and your preferred date and time. Your email address and any notes are optional. We send a one-time code by SMS to verify your mobile number before the appointment is confirmed. Please don't share sensitive health details in the notes field; you can discuss them with your counsellor in person.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and arrange or change appointments.
- To verify your mobile number and send booking confirmations by SMS.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Your consent
We process your personal data with your consent, or where the law otherwise permits, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before, but we may then be unable to arrange or keep an appointment for you.
5. Children and young people
We support children and adolescents. Enquiries and bookings for anyone under 18 should be made by a parent or legal guardian, and we process a child's personal data only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. We don't track, monitor the behaviour of, or target advertising at children.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our services, and only as much as they need:
- our website hosting provider;

- our email provider, to receive and reply to your messages.
These providers must protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law or our professional record-keeping obligations require. Booking requests that are never verified are deleted within 24 hours. Technical logs are kept for a short period.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to authorised staff, to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
